SAKImoto Bakery is a premium Shokupan specialty store from Osaka, Japan. It was founded by the president and dessert expert Mr. Masamitsu Sakimoto of DOROQUIA HOLATHE-TA (the global international dessert group in Japan). Before opening the store, 2 years was spent on product research and development with the artisan master baker. With the original intention of not adding milk and eggs, and a strong focus on the quality of ingredients, it helped revolutionize the food culture of Shokupan. In the first year of its opening in 2017, it won the highest 3-star rating in the “Sarah Japan Award” Shokupan Category. As of November 2020, there are more than 20 stores (including directly managed and franchised) in Japan and overseas (excluding Namba &jam cafe).
